As a Vice President in Risk Projects & Data Change Management team, you play a pivotal role in driving large-scale change initiatives that support Wholesale Credit Risk. You will collaborate across the organization to deliver impactful solutions, enhance transparency, and proactively manage data change projects. Your work will help minimize operational and financial Risk, support smooth transitions, and promote effective change management. As part of our team, you’ll be involved in program implementation, business requirements documentation, client impact analysis, and regression testing. Job Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on program management by planning, prioritizing, and driving multiple workstreams to achieve program objectives.
- Monitor and articulate project status and progress, delivering regular updates to teams, management, and senior stakeholders, and escalating issues as needed.
- Create polished presentations and materials to support project communication and facilitate fact-based decision making for senior management.
- Proactively identify risks, manage escalations, and uphold quality assurance over project inputs and governance artifacts to deliver project success.
- Oversee project implementation runbooks and coordinate stakeholder sign-off.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Minimum 7 years of project management and data change management experience, including Agile methodologies within financial services or risk management environments.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to lead large working groups, drive results in complex settings, and influence senior stakeholders.
- Expert communication skills, including synthesizing and presenting key messages and preparing high-quality materials for senior management.
- Effective collaborator, able to partner with global teams across time zones and work independently with strong follow-through and adaptability.
- Highly organized self-starter, skilled at multi-tasking, delivering under tight deadlines, and adapting to fast-paced, changing priorities.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Visio, PowerPoint) and familiar with project management tools such as JIRA and SharePoint, with strong attention to detail and quality assurance.
- Demonstrated ability to provide concise recommendations and support strategic decision-making through well-designed presentations and analysis.
