As a Transaction Specialist in the Auto Fulfillment Research Title Department, you will deliver exceptional customer service to customers, dealers, and third-party vendors handling a variety of vehicle titling requests. You’ll manage a high volume of incoming and outgoing mail, using your organizational skills and passion for customer service. In this role, you’ll apply problem-solving and sound judgment to ensure the best outcomes for our customers.

Job responsibilities

• Conduct research, collect, and interpret data to support business decisions
• Prepare and maintain documentation, including handling incoming and outgoing mail
• Document customer account activities thoroughly and concisely
• Manage escalated issues logically and ensure appropriate resolutions
• Prioritize work effectively to maintain efficiency and resolve mail exceptions
• Engage in interactive dialogue and support team members as needed
• Make outbound calls to customers, dealers, vendors, and internal departments


Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• High school diploma or GED required; must be a team player
• Willingness to work in shifting schedules
• Ability to meet quality and productivity standards
• Adherence to regulatory, compliance, and policy requirements
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills; excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to multi-task, including typing while reading, navigating multiple systems, and tracking processes
• High sense of urgency; this is an onsite position


Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Knowledge of banking industry structures and/or experience in motor vehicle operations preferred
• Strong previous customer service experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Word and Excel
• Effective communication skills with both external and internal customers

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am -4:30pm
