As a Product Portfolio Operation Manager at JPMorgan Chase within the International Consumer Bank, you will be a part of a flat-structure organization. Your responsibilities are to own the design and future-state architecture of our automation ecosystem. This role combines strategic solution design with the ability to step into development work when needed, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and reusable
Job Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end architecture of automation solutions, including RPA (UiPath), Alteryx, APIs, and data transformation workflows.
- Define and maintain integration patterns for multi-bot orchestration, API-led connections, and system-to-system interactions.
- Step into development when required to deliver critical workflows, troubleshoot production issues, or build reusable solution components.
- Review and validate automation solutions delivered by other developers, ensuring adherence to best practices and architectural standards.
- Design re-usable assets, templates, and accelerators to enable scale and standardization.
- Collaborate with IT, InfoSec, and Infrastructure teams to align with security and compliance standards.
- Evaluate new technologies and propose enhancements to the automation stack, including AI/ML integrations.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to business and IT stakeholders, shaping the automation roadmap and governance model.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:
- 6+ years of experience in automation, system integration, or enterprise solution design, with at least 3+ years as a solution or technical architect.
- Hands-on expertise with UiPath (Studio, Orchestrator, AI Center, Integration Service) including development experience.
- Proven track record of designing and implementing solutions with 2 or more bots running concurrently in production.
- Strong proficiency with Alteryx Designer & Server for data transformation workflows.
- In-depth understanding of APIs, microservices, event-driven architecture, and integration best practices.
- Experience with database connectivity, FID/server management or administration and security/compliance considerations for automation will be a plus.
- Strong communication skills, capable of influencing stakeholders and conducting solution design reviews.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:
- UiPath Solution Architect certification.
- Alteryx Designer Advanced or Server Administrator certification.
- Experience with process and task mining tools.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for automation solutions.
- Knowledge of AI/ML model deployment within automation workflows.
