As an Asset Servicing Specialist within our Asset Servicing team, you will be responsible for setting and improving our organizational objectives, and ensuring their consistent accomplishment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Reconcile positions, payments, and process transactions to client accounts.
- Perform routine and complex asset servicing transactions using advanced expertise.
- Diagnose issues and provide operational or technical resolutions.
- Manage customer accounts, process payments, income, and taxes.
- Resolve queries across multiple corporate and income-related events.
- Understand and oversee the asset servicing lifecycle.
- Serve as the primary contact for Middle Office and Client Service.
- Review peer work and recommend process improvements.
- Adapt to extended hours to meet client expectations.
- Work effectively under pressure and in various shifts.
- Ensure accurate completion of entitlement and payment processing.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:
- Demonstrate prior experience in asset servicing, securities lending, or prime brokerage operations.
- Collaborate closely with business partners and staff at all levels.
- Exhibit flexibility, meet tight deadlines, and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Show experience working on multi-stream programs.
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree.
- Possess a minimum of 5 years’ experience in financial services, custody asset servicing, fund services, markets, or prime brokerage.
- Display strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel (VLOOKUP), and Outlook.
