As a Data & Reporting Business Analyst I, you will drive automation, reporting, and data solutions for the Rewards Product Delivery team.

Job responsibilities

• Automate data workflows and reporting processes using Alteryx and SQL to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual effort.
• Design, develop, and maintain ETL pipelines for data integration and migration across multiple platforms.
• Model and structure databases to support analytics, reporting, and business decision-making.
• Collaborate with business and technology teams to gather requirements and deliver actionable data solutions.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports (primarily in Tableau and Excel) to support business stakeholders.
• Analyze business data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Implement and monitor data quality controls to ensure compliance and audit readiness.
• Support key business decisions with timely, accurate, and relevant data insights.

• Hands-on experience with Alteryx and SQL (must have).
• Experience with data modeling and ETL processes (must have).
• Proficiency in relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, Snowflake).
• Strong analytical and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Familiarity with Jira for project management and agile workflows.
• Experience using LLMs (Large Language Models) or AI tools in data analysis or reporting

• Experience with Tableau and Excel for reporting.
• Experience with Python for ETL and automation.
• Exposure to cloud data platforms (AWS RDS, Azure SQL, Snowflake).
• Familiarity with RPA, AI/ML, NoSQL (MongoDB), and advanced scripting (Shell, PowerShell, Java).
• Experience with cloud-native reporting tools.
