The Vice President role is to grow the Corporate Banking business across customers in Israel, with a deep focus on the technology sector and large multinationals. This role will be located in Tel Aviv.

Job Responsibilties:

• Leverage the bank’s international network of bankers and product partners to efficiently lead the client delivery from a global perspective
• Build strong relationships, by becoming a valuable partner of your clients, product partners and peers
• Demonstrate in-depth understanding of the client's business, sector, banking needs; bring insight to the client’s finance & treasury journey
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge and experience on the full set of corporate banking products including cash management, trade, DCM, lending products, markets products, securities services, credit card acquiring and asset management products
• Demonstrate proactive task management, internal and client facing prompt responsiveness, execution capabilities, timely submissions of RFP, pitches, meeting notes etc
• Deliver the bank to our clients with determination, bring solutions, consistency and passion to the role

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

• Experience in banking coverage of corporate clients, with a solid in-depth knowledge of corporate banking products
• Great interpersonal skills, proven ability to develop client relationships, win new business, close transactions and build networks, both internally and externally
• Cash management experience with technology or multinational companies
• Great task management skills, follow up & execution capabilities
• Risk management expertise with experience in originating credit and or debt capital markets transactions
• Team player and consistently high standard of personal integrity and commercial judgment
• Proven track record of managing cross cultural environments
• Excellent analytical, quantitative and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in Hebrew is preferred
