Senior Product Associate

- Partners with the Product Manager to identify new product opportunities that reflect the needs of our customers and the market through user research and discovery
- Considers and plans for upstream and downstream implications of new product features on the overall product experience
- Supports the collection of user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform the strategic product roadmap and provide insight on potential product features that provide value to customers
- Analyzes, tracks, and evaluates product metrics including work to time, cost, and quality targets across the product development life cycle
- Manage offers APIs backlog, writes the requirements, epics, and user stories to support product development
- 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
- Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle
- Experience in product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition
- Experience working with system architecture, data frameworks and event driven/restful APIs
- Understands modern Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Business Intelligence platforms and capabilities including how to leverage multiple back-end technologies to deliver a cohesive, comprehensive, and dynamic User Interface
- Experience leading through influence, with demonstrated experiences setting agenda, and driving business results in an environment with competing priorities
- Ability to identify and address program execution needs in a fast-paced environment; previous exposure to agile practices and ability to adapt agile tools
- Solid organizational and project management skills, including strong follow through skills and the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects, deadlines and workstreams
- Ability to partner directly with technology scrum teams to translate product requirements and user stories into technology sizing estimates and requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to present facts, thoughts, and ideas in a clear, concise, and convincing manner to stakeholders and partners
Preferred Qualifications
- Understanding of the advertising ecosystem - including technical capabilities and data management required for the digital advertising business, and an informed point of view on the industry’s direction and needs
- Experience working on consumer digital products, operations, servicing and controls partners to align roadmap
- Understanding of modern web technologies, web application frameworks and mobile native technologies
