Employee Readiness Analyst

Position Summary
The Employee Readiness Analyst supports the Employee Readiness Managers and Home Lending teams in executing change management and employee readiness strategies for major initiatives. This role is responsible for coordinating readiness activities, managing change requests, developing job aids, drafting communications, and handling access requests to ensure employees are prepared for upcoming changes. The Analyst will work closely with Employee Readiness Managers, Product Teams, and other stakeholders to drive successful implementation and adoption of business changes.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

  • Coordinate Employee Readiness Activities: Support the planning and execution of employee readiness strategies for agile and non-agile initiatives, including procedure changes, training, communications, system access, and post-implementation support.
  • Change Request Management: Open and track change requests (CRs) on behalf of the business, ensuring all required documentation and approvals are obtained.
  • Job Aid and Communication Development: Create and update job aids, process documentation, and employee communications to support business changes and ensure clarity for impacted teams.
  • Access Management: Manage and coordinate employee access requests related to new systems, tools, or processes.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with Employee Readiness Managers, Product Teams, and other partners to identify employee impacts, gather requirements, and escalate issues or risks as needed.
  • Process Support: Assist in mapping business processes, identifying gaps, and supporting the implementation of best practices.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Prepare standard and ad-hoc reports, track readiness activities, and maintain accurate records in JIRA, Confluence, and other tools.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the development of solutions that enhance employee readiness and business outcomes.

Knowledge and Experience

  • Experience supporting change management, project management, or business process initiatives (Home Lending experience preferred).
  • Working knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Office Suite (SharePoint, Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to create clear, concise communications and job aids.
  • Customer-centric and employee-focused mindset.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build relationships with stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, flexible, and able to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to escalate issues appropriately.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
