As a Lead Solutions Analyst in Commercial and Investment Banking- Payments Technology team, you will play a central role in driving the success of our technical program delivery. Your deep understanding of applications, platforms, and products will position you as a key bridge between product owners, business, operations, and software developers. Utilizing advanced analytical reasoning and technical fluency, you will translate complex business requirements into well-structured and technically feasible solutions. You will make data-informed decisions and provide strategic insights to support key business initiatives. As a technical subject matter expert, you'll navigate ambiguity, manage change effectively, and communicate compellingly with diverse stakeholder audiences to ensure the highest quality and professionalism in service delivery.
Job responsibilities
- Lead the elicitation, documentation, and validation of business and data flow requirements, ensuring alignment with stakeholder expectations and technical feasibility
- Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to provide strategic guidance and innovative solutions for complex projects
- Defines Product or Application Roadmap and creates product/application documents on confluence
- Defines acceptance test criteria in JIRA and creates test data for the test automation.
- Creates user stories in JIRA or any other agile tool. Following INVEST principal to create user stories. Must follow 3C’s (Card, Communication and Confirmations) of user story.
- Gets involved in QA, UAT and Industrial test planning and execution of it.
- Model the design and implementation of technical solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and infrastructure
- Utilize advanced data analytics techniques to extract insights from large, diverse datasets, driving data-informed decision-making and supporting key business initiatives

Mentor and guide team members in the application of technical writing and analytical reasoning skills, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in solutions analysis, technical program delivery, or a related field
- Demonstrated expertise in data analysis and data application, including hands-on experience with major data visualization platforms
- Must be good both in technology and functional knowledge
- Advanced knowledge of data analytics techniques, with experience in developing and interpreting models, diagrams, and data-driven insights
- Experience in automation test using BDD or TDD approach with hands on experience in tool such as Cucumber .
- UML diagrams: Class diagram, Sequence Diagram and Flow/Activity Diagram in VISIO or any other UML tool.
- Experience in Banking Payment Domain (Clearing, Faster Payment, P2P payments etc.) or Mobile Payment Domain (Wallet Payment, Payment through Partner or Gateway) is must.
- Proven ability to apply technical fluency in current and relevant platforms, software tools, and technologies to drive innovative solutions
- Strong track record of leading through change, navigating ambiguous situations, and managing dependencies in complex projects

- Gathering requirements from users in a structured way such as interview users & seek feedbacks.
- Defining “as-is” & “to-be” business processes.
- Prototyping of business process to gather feedback from users.
