As an Analyst in the Corporate Treasury Middle Office Strategy and Controls team, you design, implement, and manage robust control frameworks that drive operational excellence and regulatory compliance across our global operations. You partner with stakeholders to ensure consistency, integrity, and efficiency in our processes. You help us meet regulatory requirements, respond to audits, and continuously improve our operating model. Together, we create a culture of accountability, innovation, and collaboration.
Job Responsibilities- Design and maintain streamlined operating models and controls across global teams and risk areas
- Review and assess current control frameworks for effectiveness and consistency
- Partner with stakeholders to ensure strong controls and consistent operations
- Manage relationships with internal stakeholders, including LOBs, Policy, Strategy, and Risk
- Lead regular meetings to review reporting performance and support ad hoc requests
- Compile metrics, synthesize key themes, and present updates to senior management
- Interface with risk and control, internal audit, and team leads to satisfy control requirements
- Collaborate with strategy and risk teams to comply with regulatory exams and requests
- Enhance and redesign processes to increase efficiency and reduce operational risk
- Support ongoing recertifications and maintain comprehensive documentation
- Ensure adherence to firmwide work-from-office requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in liberal arts, quantitative field, or relevant experience
- Strong independent analysis and research skills with limited oversight
- Attention to detail to ensure consistency across processes and submissions
- Critical thinking, investigative problem-solving, and autonomous decision-making skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Teams, SharePoint) and willingness to learn Atlassian suite (Confluence, JIRA)
- Excellent writing and communication skills for concise messaging to senior management
- Collaboration skills to engage with diverse teams and management levels
- Strong time management, planning, and organizational skills with multitasking ability
- Expertise in organizing complex information and presenting using Lucid and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in Excel
- Adherence to 5 days a week work from the office model, with firmwide managerial exceptions
- Experience with Alteryx and Tableau
- Understanding of interest rate risk principles, funds transfer pricing, and regulatory liquidity reports
- Experience supporting regulatory exams and internal audits
- Familiarity with process improvement methodologies
- Experience in a global financial services environment
- Ability to synthesize and present complex information to senior stakeholders
- Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and professional development
