As a Product Delivery Manager (Project Management) in Fulfillment and Archive Services Product Team, you will be driving business priorities and capability delivery. You will be responsible for the coordination and/or delivery of all projects and business support required, along with developing a good rapport with partners, stakeholders, and it is critical to partner with senior management and with the leads across the Business Controls, Technology, Operations and Business Management organizations. FAS provides comprehensive and efficient document solutions that help connect Customers & Clients to the information they need in a simple and secure way and you will play a critical role in delivering the product vision & strategy with expectation of efficient execution & delivery of projects.

Job responsibilities
- Partner with Project Leads to define project scope, objectives and key milestones.
- Define and manage the project plan following a traditional Project Life Cycle framework in an Agile delivery environment.
- Partner with stakeholders across different teams and lines of business to ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget and within scope.
- Diagnose and facilitate resolution of key issues and risks.
- Update status reporting, evaluating progress and quality, reporting risks, issues and escalates when appropriate.
- Ensure operational and business change readiness; supporting the definition and documentation of new and enhanced operating models to implement strategic business priorities.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Bachelor’s degree & an overall experience of 12+ years
- 4+ years of project management, financial services, and/or strategy experience
- Ability to succeed in a high performing, collaborative team environment with multiple in-flight projects and stakeholders
- Ability to think laterally and convey an understanding of the big picture
- Strong project management skills; robust organization, attention to detail and time management skills. Mange deliverables and cognizant of overall initiative details
- Ability to think creatively and strategically.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Experience managing projects following traditional PLC framework in an Agile delivery environment
- Working knowledge of project planning and tracking tools such as Microsoft Project, Clarity, JIRA, Confluence
- Demonstrated proficiency/advanced skills using Excel, Visio and PowerPoint
- Ability to implement a logical, structured approach to planning, problem solving and decision-making
