As an Analytics Solutions Associate, you will play a pivotal role within a dynamic team that conducts in-depth process analyses and transforms ideas into scalable solutions by leveraging intelligent automation technologies. The Workflow Process Automation team focuses on customizing firm-wide intelligent automation capabilities to deliver cost-effective modules that accelerate execution, enhance controls, and maximize ROI.
Job responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders to identify manual process touch points, design future-state solutions, and lead development, testing, and deployment of intelligent automation.
- Manage and deliver end-to-end projects in alignment with the team’s governance and execution model.
- Ensure all automation implementations comply with company policies and standards.
- Collaborate closely with business units, technology teams, and control partners to ensure seamless and calibrated delivery.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Expert with hands-on experience in developing intelligent automation solutions, with a primary focus on Power Apps and Power Automate, as well as UI Path (attended & unattended), Python, and Alteryx (advanced).
- Advanced hands-on experience with Signavio, alongside proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, PowerPoint).
- 5+ years of experience in technology development, demonstrating strong problem-solving abilities, project management, roadblock management, and delivery.
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Certification in one of the following technologies: Power Platforms, UiPath, or Python
- Demonstrated innovation with the ability to translate concepts into visuals.
- Technical Designer / Solution Architect experience
