Join the Workforce Data Products and Solutions (WDPS) team, a key part of the EX HR Employee Experience organization, where you'll be at the forefront of data-promoten decision-making. We're building a new firm-wide capability to unlock the potential of Workforce Activity data, enhancing strategic and investment decisions. As part of the WDPS Testing team, you'll ensure the accuracy and performance of our UI and AI products, like Moveworks and JPMC Assistant. Job Summary
As an Associate in the WDPS team, you will be responsible for the testing the timeliness of new data feeds, data quality assurance, new product functionalities and constantly coming up with creative solutions to streamline and improve at every step.
Job responsibilities
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts (Selenium/Cypress/Playwright).
- Enhance automation frameworks and support CI/CD integration.
- Perform API automation (Postman/RestAssured).
- Validate bot responses, NLP/NLU flows, intents, and conversation accuracy.
- Identify defects and work with developers for resolution.
- Participate in requirement reviews and contribute to QA improvements.
- Provide input to the UAT Test Strategy / Plan
- Work closely with operations subject matter experts, business analysts, project manager and other stakeholders in production of test plan/strategies
- Co-ordinate test execution (wherever designated) across project work streams
- Perform testing of designated applications as per the test strategy and plan designed by Test lead
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 6+ years of automation & Manual testing experience.
- Strong programming skills (Java/Python/JavaScript).
- Hands-on experience with bot response or conversational AI testing.
- Good understanding of Agile and testing methodologies.
- Experience in using Testing tool like Selenium/Cypress/Playwright).
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins/GitLab/Azure DevOps).
- Self-starter with ability to manage own workload and deliverables.
- A passion for Software Testing, data, data skills, BIG Data and data tools.
- Experience in Public Cloud platform like AWS.
- Bachelor Degree in Computer science or related fields from a reputed university.
