CCOR Legal Entity Framework Technology Enablement Lead - Senior Associate

The Compliance, Conduct and Operational Risk (CCOR) Legal Entity Framework team is responsible for the development of the legal entity CCOR governance framework across the EMEA, APAC and LATAM regions. The function plays an integral role in ensuring a consistent framework is embedded for execution within the LOBs/CF who are responsible for identifying, managing and assessing compliance and operational risks within their respective organizations.
As a CCOR Legal Entity Framework Technology Enablement Lead - Senior Associate within the team, you will provide subject matter expertise and thought leadership on the CCOR Framework and the development of the framework to meet the needs and requirements of the Firm’s various legal entities. The role provides a unique opportunity to influence the design and execution of the Framework, liaising closely with the broader CCOR department across all regions, Firmwide CCOR as well as key First Line of Defense stakeholders to ensure the legal entity framework is thoughtfully designed for adoption and execution within the in-scope legal entities.
Job Responsibilities
- Identify, recommend, and implement technology-focused improvements to the CCOR Legal Entity Framework, prioritizing process simplification, user experience, and alignment with evolving business and regulatory requirements.
- Partner with Compliance and Operational Risk Officers, Location Controls Management, and other stakeholders to understand functional needs and translate them into technology-based solutions, including operating model enhancements and tool development.
- Facilitate legal entity risk assessment processes for the EMEA region, enabling CCOR officers to independently challenge and oversee operational, compliance, and emerging risks.
- Work closely with Product and Technology teams to shape system capabilities, workflows, and data structures that support effective CCOR Framework execution at both regional and legal entity levels.
- Establish feedback loops with end users, ensuring insights are captured and converted into actionable enhancements for both Framework design and supporting technology.

Deliver key messages and updates to diverse audiences, including senior management, ensuring clarity and alignment on Framework developments and technology initiatives.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Demonstrated experience in Compliance and/or Operational Risk, with a strong grasp of frameworks, policies, and oversight models across multiple legal entities.
- Proven ability to convert functional requirements into structured technology solutions, including operating model adjustments, tool design input, and process improvements.
- Genuine interest in emerging technologies and their application to risk and compliance frameworks, with a proactive approach to learning and innovation.
- Skilled in coordinating and influencing stakeholders across Lines of Defence, with the ability to drive outcomes without direct ownership of execution.
- Exceptional communication skills, adept at simplifying complex technical and regulatory concepts for varied audiences and ensuring consistent understanding of Framework expectations.
- Track record of managing multiple workstreams, balancing Framework development, stakeholder engagement, and documentation updates in a dynamic environment.
- Comfortable navigating fast-changing regulatory and business landscapes, proactively adjusting Framework support and enablement activities as needed.
