As a Technology Support Lead in Enablement and Transformation team which is aligned to Infrastructure Platforms division, you will play a leadership role in ensuring the operational stability, availability, and performance of our production services. Critical thinking while overseeing day-to-day maintenance of the firm’s systems will be key and set you up for success as you navigate tasks related to identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving issues to ensure a seamless user experience.
Job responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-level dashboards and advanced analytics solutions, leveraging large and complex datasets to deliver actionable insights that inform strategic business decisions.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, proactively identifying opportunities to leverage data visualization and analytics for business performance measurement, operational efficiency, and risk mitigation.
- Oversee and optimize data workflows, ensuring robust data governance, quality, and integrity across all analytics initiatives.
- Champion the adoption and integration of advanced visualization tools and platforms (Tableau, Sigma, Databricks Dashboards, and emerging technologies), evaluating new solutions and driving continuous improvement.
- Manage and prioritize multiple high-impact projects simultaneously, providing strategic oversight, resource allocation, and risk management to ensure timely and successful delivery.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous learning across diverse, geographically dispersed teams
- Communicate complex analytical concepts and insights to senior audiences, leveraging storytelling and visualization to drive understanding and influence decision-making.
- Continuously identify and implement process improvements and innovative solutions, driving operational excellence and business value.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise troubleshooting, resolving, and maintaining information technology services
- Relevant experience in data visualization, advanced analytics, or related fields, with a proven track record of leadership in large-scale, complex environments.
- Demonstrated expertise in Tableau/Sigma (5+ years) and ETL tools (3+ years), with deep knowledge of data management systems, governance, and best practices.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, SQL and scripting languages (Python, R), with experience architecting and optimizing data pipelines and analytical workflows.
- Strong Understanding of Agile processes and tools (e.g. JIRA) and data architecture and flows
- Extensive experience managing large databases, complex data structures, and advanced data transformation and validation methods.
- Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and critical analysis skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive results in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
- Proven ability to communicate and present complex analytical concepts to senior leadership and non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated commitment to diversity, opportunity, and inclusion, with experience building and leading high-performing, inclusive teams.
- Experience operating in Agile environments, with strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Working knowledge in one or more general purpose programming languages and/or automation scripting
- Practical experience with public cloud
