As an Operations Service Delivery Associate within the Fund Accounting Operations Service Delivery Team in India, you manage all client inquiries related to Fund Accounting operations, client reporting, and reconciliation governance. You lead and participate in client meetings and calls, monitor client KPIs, and ensure exceptional service delivery. You proactively address challenges and maintain high standards of operational excellence.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage group email boxes and SharePoint queues to resolve queries promptly
- Oversee daily activities, ensuring compliance with SOPs and client deadlines
- Coordinate with operations and clients to resolve reconciliation breaks
- Engage in client calls and meetings to facilitate effective communication
- Implement strategies to maintain response quality and prevent case reopening
- Provide timely MIS reports and KPIs to stakeholders
- Collaborate with partner sites for external deliveries and status updates
- Address accounting-related queries from stakeholders efficiently
- Monitor and maintain KPIs for aged breaks as per client SLAs
- Ensure adherence to service delivery standards and client satisfaction
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the team
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Demonstrate knowledge of Fund Accounting operations, including NAV Validation, Income, Corporate Actions, Expenses, CapStock, Trades, or Derivatives
- Exhibit enthusiasm for learning new processes and achieving results
- Challenge the status quo and handle escalations effectively
- Build key internal relationships across locations with strong management skills
- Review documents with attention to detail and analytical capability
- Communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders
- Adapt to changing priorities and deliver high-quality service
