As an Employee Readiness Communications Analyst, you’ll gain valuable experience supporting employee communications and readiness across Home Lending.
The Employee Readiness Communications Analyst works with the Employee Readiness & Employee Communications team to help inform and prepare employees for changes impacting Home Lending. This role supports the creation, editing, and distribution of communications, helps maintain employee resources, and assists project teams to ensure clear and effective messaging. The position offers exposure to business change management, program support, and collaboration with various stakeholders.
Job responsibilities
- Assist in drafting, editing, and distributing communications for Home Lending initiatives
- Support the development of multi-media messages and materials to help employees understand changes
- Help maintain employee resource sites and tools, ensuring content is current and accessible
- Participate in project meetings and support communication activities as directed
- Collect and organize feedback from employees to help improve communication effectiveness
- Coordinate with team members to ensure communications align with business priorities and project deliverables
- Perform administrative tasks related to communication projects, such as scheduling, tracking, and reporting
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Communication, English, Journalism, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills; attention to grammar and detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines
- Collaborative team player with a willingness to learn, take direction, and ownership of their work
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with digital communication tools
