As a Party Reference Data Analyst within the Party Reference Data team, you are responsible for the setup and maintenance of client reference static data in the Party Central system. You will ensure high levels of accuracy and compliance with procedural guidelines while collaborating with business partners and requestors. Your role involves proactive issue resolution, data analysis, and producing management information reports as required.
Job Responsibilities
- Create and maintain client reference data in the system
- Validate and diligently review documentation
- Maintain a high level of accuracy in all processed tasks
- Ensure procedural guidelines are followed without any misses
- Proactively resolve open issues and escalations, keeping management informed
- Liaise and partner with requestors and business partners as required
- Conduct data analysis, research, and remediation functions as needed
- Maintain and produce MIS reports as required
Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities
- University graduate
- 2+ years of experience in financial services or related industries
- Excellent client service and communication skills
- Flexible to work in shifts and able to deliver as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities
- Knowledge of MIS reporting and advanced Excel
- Strong attention to detail
- Effective reasoning ability
- Experience in data analysis and remediation functions
