Asset Management Analyst - Internal Client Advisor

The JPMorgan Asset Management line of business is seeking for a new analyst to join the Mexico team, based in Mexico City.
The Asset Management México team is responsible for bringing JPMAM global capabilities to clients in Mexico, including Afores, Mutual Funds, Pension Plans, Family Offices, Private Banks, and Insurance Companies.
Responsibilities include:
- This role will be responsible for supporting the development of the Asset Management business in Mexico, bringing J.P. Morgan Asset Management global capabilities, strategies, and products (including ETFs, Mutual Funds, and SMAs), to local clients (including Pension Funds, Mutual Funds, Private Banks, Family Offices, and Insurance Companies).
- Collaborate with client advisors, investment specialists, client service, product, operations, technology, risk, credit, legal and other teams to optimize product and service delivery
- Maintain market intelligence of the global and local asset management industries
Qualifications include:
- 1-2 years of Experience as Intern, Part-Time or Analyst Position
- Undergrad Major of in Finance, Actuarial Science or similar
- Knowledge of Financial Modeling, Financial Mathematics, Fixed Income, Equities, ETFs, Alternative Investments
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Advanced knowledge / skills in MS Excel, Python is a plus
- Superior multi-tasking; strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Self-motivated; strong initiative, energy and confidence in completing projects with limited supervision; intra-preneurial mindset to build a business
