As a Technical Project Manager III, Release Test Manager within the Consumer and Community Banking division, you will help lead complex technology projects and programs that promote business goals and create value for clients, employees, and stakeholders. You will apply a broad knowledge of technical principles, practices, and theories to develop innovative solutions, while leveraging analytical reasoning and adaptability skills to navigate through ambiguity and change. Your strong communication abilities will enable you to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder relationships, ensuring alignment on project objectives and governance. By optimizing resources and managing risks, you will contribute to the successful delivery of high-impact projects that shape the future of the firm.
Job responsibilities
- Coordinates and oversees integrated test environment batch cycles
- Track scheduled tasks and communicate update to stakeholders
- Track and help resolve issues that can delay a testing cycle or negatively impact testers
- Coordinate, schedule and communicate events which may impact testers (outages, special testing windows)
- Schedule and oversee special testing events
- Assist with test account reservations in the CAST system
- Schedule, coordinate and track annual data refresh for integrated testing environments
- Create and update calendars for test cycles, release events and at the annual planning level
- Provides Command Center support during deployment events.
- Ensures incidents and issues related to a release event are being addressed and resolved expeditiously.
- Process improvement, including identification and delivery of process efficiency and quality backlog.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in technical program management, leading complex technology projects and programs in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated proficiency in applying analytical reasoning and problem-solving techniques to break down business, technical, or operational objectives into manageable tasks and activities
- 3 years experience either in Business Process Management (BPM), Process Optimization, Lean Six Sigma.
- Proven experience working with complex batch cycles and visually mapping out, documenting opportunities and blockers to reduce cycle time from end to end.
- IT Program Management.
- Release/change/deployment manager.
- Appropriate tools: Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, SharePoint, Splunk, Excel.
- Command center experience.
