Job summary:
As a Product Marketing Manager within 55ip’s Marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing go-to-market strategies, messaging, launch plans, and marketing materials for financial technology products, across multiple marketing tactics, bridging the gap between 55ip’s robust product pipeline, client facing teams, and financial advisors. 55ip’s marketers are fast-paced, nimble, digital-first, collaborative, and are both strategists and doers. 55ip marketers must also be comfortable with change and pitching in on any level of work across any project.
Job responsibilities:
- Develop strong relationships with internal 55ip and J.P. Morgan stakeholders and dedicated external creative agencies to help deliver the 55ip value proposition.
- Develop, with creative and editorial resources as needed, messaging, compelling narratives, sales enablement and client-facing materials (presentations, literature, video, website and social content, collateral).
- Provide superior marketing support for clients and client-facing teams by being responsive, thoughtful, and making the clients’ needs the focus.
- Leverage cutting-edge marketing technology and project management tools to showcase our resources and capabilities to financial advisors.
- Partner proactively with 55ip’s product, quant, and client teams to deliver effective marketing solutions, including coordinating user testing with advisors to refine tactics and messaging.
- Translate technical and financial details about 55ip’s fintech products in an understandable way and convey benefits to advisors.
- Stay informed on asset management, wealth management, and fintech trends, demonstrating strong relationship management, project management, and presentation skills to advance 55ip’s marketing mission and thought leadership.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Bachelor’s degree at minimum.
- 3+ years of financial services marketing, with a focus on wealth or asset management or fintech, experience preferred.
- Passion for marketing – understanding the value and marketing best practices of brand elevation, lead generation, and ramping existing client relationships.
- Proven results shown through sustainable achievement in a competitive environment.
- Public speaking and clear presentation skills.
- Willingness to wear multiple hats and support execution across functions, with the ability to work in both small and large team environments and collaborate cross-functionally in a highly regulated industry.
- Ability to learn and demonstrate industry and product knowledge by understanding digital marketing tactics, fintech space, the financial advisor client relationship, competition, and the marketplace.
- Ability to build relationships across the entire organization and with our partner firms.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Experience with marketing automation and digital tools and content management systems preferred.
- Experience with marketing manager, account executive, or project management role.
