As a Product Manager in Payments Trust & Safety, you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle. As a core leader, you are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer and developing profitable products that provide customer value. Utilizing your deep understanding of how to get a product off the ground, you guide the successful launch of products, gather crucial feedback, and ensure top-tier client experiences. With a strong commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability, you collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations.
Job responsibilities
- Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers
- Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap
- Creating business cases for strategic initiatives that quantify the value we can deliver through new or enhanced products
- Builds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability
- Compiling insights of client pain points, evolving client needs and emerging market trends through client and competitive research, data analysis, internal feedback and market reviews
- Leads the completion of change management activities across functional partners and ensures adherence to the firm’s risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements
- Effectively manages timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers, ensuring adequate resourcing, and liaising with stakeholders and functional partners
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management, business strategy, and / or management consulting
- Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
- Proficiency in building business cases and ROI models that demonstrate client financial value propositions.
- Demonstrated ability to utilize qualitative and quantitative inputs to develop strategic and tactical recommendations to both improve the client experience and product adoption
- Demonstrated ability to execute operational management and change readiness activities
- Good knowledge of traditional and emerging methods of payment (e.g., ACH, Wire, Disbursements, Real Time Payments and Card).
- Proven program leadership with multiple cross-functional teams
- Strong MS Excel, MS PowerPoint skills

- Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization
- Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics a meaningful impact by delivering high-quality products that resonate with clients.
