Product Delivery Director - Loan Servicing

- Lead end-to-end product delivery processes, including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while escalating opportunities to improve efficiencies and functional coordination.
- Champion the completion of change management activities across functional partners, ensuring adherence to the firm’s risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
- Effectively manage timelines and dependencies, monitor blockers, ensure adequate resourcing, and liaise with stakeholders and functional partners to drive mission-critical outcomes.
- Foster a culture of innovation by identifying and implementing future-focused solutions that enhance product delivery and customer experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.
- Minimum 5 years of experience or equivalent expertise in product delivery or a relevant domain area.
- Demonstrated ability to execute operational management and change readiness activities in a dynamic environment.
- Strong understanding of delivery processes and a proven track record of implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
- Experience in product or platform-wide release management, including deployment processes and strategies.
- Ability to lead mission-critical projects with a future-focused vision and drive innovation across teams.
- Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics.
- Experience working in agile, innovation-driven environments.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
