As an Insurance Service Analyst within JPMorganChase, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the appropriate insurance coverage for assets and collateral. Job responsibilities
- Review and analyze insurance coverage for assets and collateral, ensuring adherence to established guidelines and procedures.
- Collaborate with vendors and servicing teams to implement changes in policies, procedures, or systems, facilitating discussions to resolve conflicts.
- Utilize critical thinking skills to identify trends and root causes of errors in servicing activities, proposing solutions based on guidelines.
- Contribute to the preparation of reports, documenting the results of quality reviews and highlighting areas for improvement.
- Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements, leveraging time management and organizational skills to efficiently manage tasks and activities.
- Baseline knowledge or equivalent expertise in insurance services, specifically in reviewing assets and collateral for appropriate coverage.
- Demonstrated ability to identify trends and root causes of errors in servicing activities, with a focus on proposing solutions based on guidelines.
- Experience in facilitating discussions and resolving conflicts, particularly within teams and in relation to business decisions.
- Proficiency in organizing tasks, managing multiple activities efficiently, and achieving goals effectively.
- Ability to build trusting relationships and establish credibility with peers, managers, and stakeholders, using emotional intelligence to guide thinking and behavior.
- Basic leverage AI/ML to enhance insurance processes.
- Innovative mindset, motivated to continuously improve processes.
- Participate in team discussions to learn about best practices in process optimization.
