Job Summary:
As a Business Analyst within Payments Client Service, Implementation and Operations (PCSIO), you deliver strategic transformation for regulatory reporting. You capture and validate business requirements, support change management, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and operational excellence. You drive process improvements and contribute to a culture of inclusivity and innovation.
Job Responsibilities:
- Capture and validate business requirements and acceptance criteria for report generation.
- Lead execution of requirements gathering using Waterfall and Agile best practices.
- Present requirements to feature teams and conduct deep-dive walkthroughs.
- Collaborate with SMEs, Technology, and Product partners to understand operational procedures.
- Identify and implement process improvements for error-free report generation.
- Propose and document change management process changes and user guides.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, including testing and knowledge management.
- Liaise with RegOps Data Management, Governance, and Tech teams globally.
- Develop and maintain documentation using Confluence wiki.
- Ensure strong control environment and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Contribute to an inclusive culture and support skill and knowledge enhancement.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:
- Demonstrate hands-on experience in business requirements gathering and validation.
- Apply understanding of Waterfall and Agile best practices, including Confluence and Jira.
- Exhibit awareness of payments regulations and related products.
- Communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders and senior management.
- Utilize intermediate/advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint.
- Organize and prioritize work in a high-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Build strong control frameworks to ensure regulatory compliance and successful delivery.
