Job Description

As a Senior Associate within the Chase Wealth Management Finance & Business Management team, you will partner closely with field leadership and data specialists to deliver high-quality reporting, promote performance analytics, and support strategic initiatives. You will play a key role in enabling the Select Advisor Group to achieve its financial and operational goals through robust analysis and business management support.

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive reporting and analytical support for the Select Advisor Group within Chase Wealth Management.
  • Develop, automate, and enhance regular and ad hoc reports, including weekly performance updates, monthly scorecards, and business review materials.
  • Partner with data specialists and field leaders to innovate reporting processes and drive data-driven decision making.
  • Conduct deep-dive analytics to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, and present actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Support the execution of long-term goals and priorities by leveraging financial principles and business drivers.
  • Collaborate on national initiatives, providing feedback and supporting implementation as needed.
  • Manage multiple projects and deliverables simultaneously, adapting to changing priorities in a dynamic environment.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Data Analytics, Statistics, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in financial services, business analytics, or reporting.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with data mining, manipulation, and ad hoc reporting for senior management.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results under tight deadlines.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and build strong relationships across teams.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Experience with data visualization and analytics tools such as Tableau, Databricks, Alteryx, SQL, and/or Python.
  • Experience automating reporting processes and enhancing data workflows.
  • Highly motivated self-starter with excellent time management and prioritization skills.
  • Inquisitive, enthusiastic, and diligent, with a drive to innovate and improve business processes.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt to changing business needs.
