As a Finance and Business Management Senior Associate in the Retail Banking Business Management team, you help us initiate key initiatives and optimize business performance. You work closely with senior management and cross-functional partners to identify opportunities and risks. You support strategic planning and business reviews, ensuring our goals are met. You play a vital role in analyzing financial performance and supporting productivity improvements.
Job responsibilities
- Support and track new business strategies, initiatives, and platforms
- Align department and support groups including Finance, Technology, Operations, Legal, and Compliance
- Promote key initiatives to optimize business performance
- Attend business reviews with regional support teams
- Plan and coordinate relevant region and market key performance indicators
- Identify and discuss business trends within assigned territories
- Analyze financial performance, including expenses
- Identify and implement productivity initiatives
- Escalate and mitigate business risks such as legal, tax, regulatory, and capacity issues
- Partner with other lines of business on workstreams and initiatives
- Represent the business in internal and external working groups
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
- 4+ years of experience in Business Management, Finance, or Chief Operating Office roles
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with experience analyzing large data sets
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills
- Ability to build relationships across diverse functions
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Ability to define and deliver strategic agendas across multiple groups
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Attention to detail and logical thought process

- Previous experience presenting to senior leaders
