As a Technical Security Analyst in the Global Security Technical Security team, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and maintaining integrated security systems that protect our retail and corporate environments. You will collaborate with stakeholders across the firm, leverage advanced technologies, and ensure the highest standards of safety and compliance. In this role, you will have the opportunity to grow your technical expertise and contribute to the ongoing evolution of our security operations.
Job responsibilities:
- Manage and configure video and intrusion systems as directed by management
- Collaborate with project managers and configuration teams to implement new security projects and system upgrades
- Document and maintain system configurations, ensuring accurate tracking of all changes
- Support the Phoenix Operation Center by resolving, triaging, or escalating configuration and support calls
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and networking, providing proactive solutions
- Monitor the health of video and intrusion systems, escalating service calls as needed
- Analyze data and reports to identify trends and issues, offering recommendations and conducting regular audits
- Validate preventative maintenance and service jobs, creating comprehensive reports and documentation
- Provide guidance and technical expertise to team members as directed by management
- Communicate technical information effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures and adapt to evolving business needs
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies quickly and a strong commitment to professional development
- High level of integrity and dependability, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills across all staffing levels
- Proficient in managing multiple tasks and troubleshooting issues in high-pressure situations
- Strong technical and interpersonal skills, with experience in a call center environment preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Teams, Outlook, and PowerPoint
