As the Content Strategy and Segments Lead within Chase Home Lending, you will be responsible for crafting and delivering best-in-class content that supports the homebuying and home lending journeys, positioning Chase as a market leader. Leveraging data and insights from competitive analysis, consumer behavior, segment trends, and content performance metrics, you will drive strategies to achieve ambitious business objectives. Your focus will span Starter segments, as well as first-time and repeat homebuyers, with the goal of increasing awareness, consideration, and action for Chase Home Lending.
Job Responsibilities:
- Design and implement a comprehensive content strategy aligned with Chase Home Lending’s marketing objectives and brand voice.
- Utilize competitive content assessments and analyze emerging trends and consumer preferences to inform strategy.
- Enhance content strategies for key segments, including Starter, First-Time Homebuyers, and Experienced Buyers. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a holistic, end-to-end approach and enhance educational and other content for Chase Home Lending customers.
- Leverage data, insights, and competitive frameworks to guide content creation and strategy.
- Monitor and analyze content performance using analytics tools; track engagement, traffic, and conversion rates to optimize strategies and drive data-driven decisions.
- Identify and implement the best content models to maximize reach and impact.
- Develop and execute strategies to advance the use of AI in content delivery at scale, building roadmaps for optimization, operational efficiency, and cost savings.
- Partner with sales, product development, customer service, and other departments to ensure content aligns with overall business goals and messaging.
- Provide thought leadership and maintain a strong strategic focus in all aspects of the role.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- 10+ years of experience in marketing, strategy, and content leadership roles.
- Proven strategic thinker with strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Ability to quickly learn and understand business models, products, and customer needs.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal direction.
- Deep understanding of business and market dynamics, including financial performance, objectives, challenges, and the competitive landscape.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Results-oriented, with a track record of setting and achieving ambitious goals.
- Demonstrated entrepreneurial leadership and personal initiative.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience working effectively in a matrixed, cross-functional environment.
- Ability to communicate complex topics clearly in both written and verbal formats, including to senior leadership.
