As Vice President in Corporate Responsibility, Regulatory Reporting, you will be responsible for end-to-end management of PAC operations, global lobbying reporting and process optimization. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in regulatory reporting, strategic process improvement and risk management. You will partner with key stakeholders including Global Government Relations, Control Management, Compliance, Global Political Law, Finance, Audit, and the firm’s lines of business to ensure robust, compliant and efficient reporting practices.
Corporate Responsibility Regulatory Reporting is seeking a dynamic Vice President to lead operational processes related to PAC administration and compliance reporting across lobbying disclosure and campaign finance activities. Based in Washington, DC this role reports to the Head of Core Operations and Regulatory Reporting.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead and ensure the accurate, efficient and timely filing of all state, local, federal and international lobbying disclosure and campaign finance reporting.
- Oversee PAC administration, including all operational processes, disbursements and compliance requirements.
- Execute strategic projects and initiatives to achieve business objectives and implement tools for measuring and reporting key performance indicators.
- Design, evaluate, and enhance process flows to maximize global operating capabilities; champion automation and digital transformation initiatives.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive procedures to ensure audit-ready, risk-averse environment across multiple global jurisdictions and legal entities.
- Conduct regular risk assessments, identify and address control gaps, and proactively mitigate compliance risks.
- Manage regulatory reporting vendors ensuring all reporting activities are completed accurately and timely.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree required, 8+ years of total relevant experience in regulatory reporting, campaign finance or lobbying disclosure.
- Advanced proficiency with campaign finance software and state/local filing systems.
- Exceptional organizational skills and experience managing complex, multi-faceted projects.
- Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, with experience engaging senior leadership.
- Demonstrated ability to build collaborative relationships and influence cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented, with a commitment to accuracy and compliance.
- Experience leading process improvement and change management initiatives.
- Ability to work independently and proactively engage business partners.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Experience in a global financial institution, highly regulated industry, or large corporate environment.
- Customer service orientation preferred.
