Job Summary
Job responsibilities
- Process and validate tasks, investigating and resolving breaks in accordance with established work practices and procedures.
- Stay updated on changes in regulations and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with internal transfer agency teams—including fund implementation, trade processing, settlements, cash processing, and account opening—to process transactions and resolve exceptions promptly.
- Respond to and resolve client inquiries efficiently and professionally.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of risk management, managing issues and exceptions above materiality thresholds for resolution.
- Ensure all day-to-day queries are handled within required timelines, escalating issues as necessary.
- Attend and drive internal onshore partner meetings, typically via conference call, to consistently meet or exceed expectations and ensure resolution of follow-up items.
- Demonstrate subject matter expertise in transfer agency, reconciliation, trades and settlements, KYC/AML, or possess strong financial markets product knowledge.
- Utilize KYC and AML software and tools effectively.
- Apply strong analytical skills to assess customer data and identify potential risks.
- Maintain attention to detail to ensure accuracy in documentation and reporting.
- Communicate excellently with clients and internal teams.
- Build and manage strong relationships and partnerships with a wide array of constituents, leveraging influence to promote positive change.
