Job Summary
Job responsibilities
- Create, automate, and maintain client reports using Tableau and Alteryx.
- Schedule and automate report generation and distribution to meet client deadlines.
- Work closely with internal teams and clients to understand reporting needs and translate them into effective data solutions.
- Build and optimize Alteryx workflows for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) to support reporting requirements.
- Design interactive dashboards in Tableau to present complex data clearly and effectively.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data across all client reports.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data, workflows, and reporting processes.
- Stay updated with the latest features and best practices in Tableau and Alteryx to enhance reporting processes.
- Document processes, workflows, and reporting standards for knowledge sharing and compliance.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Data Analytics, Information Systems, Business, Finance).
- Proven experience in client reporting, ideally within financial or professional services.
- Strong proficiency in Tableau for dashboard creation and data visualization.
- Solid experience with Alteryx for data preparation, ETL, and workflow automation.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and commitment to data quality.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Knowledge of SQL or other database querying languages.
- Experience with other reporting or BI tools.
- Understanding of data governance and compliance requirements.
- Experience with large datasets and complex data sources is a plus.
