Job Responsibilities
- Define product positioning, benefits, and unique selling points to ensure clear and consistent messaging.
- Develop and maintain product messaging frameworks, collaborating with copywriters for cohesive client communications.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to embed marketing into product development and influence roadmaps with client insights.
- Lead go-to-market strategies and integrated marketing programs for new and existing products, features, and services.
- Collaborate with campaign teams from brief to creative review, ensuring campaigns are compelling and on strategy.
- Conduct competitive research and client segmentation to support marketing strategy.
- Work with data and analytics to identify adoption drivers, cross-sell opportunities, and optimize client lifetime value.
- Monitor product and campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and prepare reports to identify optimization opportunities.
- Guide and mentor marketing team members, reviewing assets to deliver high-impact messaging.
- Collaborate with Compliance and Controls to ensure all marketing initiatives meet regulatory and policy requirements.
- Build and nurture relationships with senior stakeholders, advocating for clients and championing product marketing’s impact.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Significant experience in product marketing within banking.
- Proven ability to lead go-to-market strategies and manage complex, cross-functional initiatives.
- Experience partnering with product teams throughout the development cycle.
- Expertise in marketing channels, including lifecycle, creative, and paid media.
- Exceptional collaboration and influencing skills, building strong relationships across business areas.
- Strong attention to detail, with a curious and analytical mindset.
- Commercially minded, able to develop strategies and messaging that resonate with clients and support business objectives.
- Deep understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements in marketing.
- Fluency in English

- Experience working in international or multi-lingual environments.
- Familiarity with digital banking products and emerging technologies.
- Ability to analyze complex data and translate insights into actionable marketing strategies.
