Job Summary
As a Fund Servicing Associate within the Investment Middle Office Services (IMOS) team, you deliver critical support to clients across a range of investment products. Act as the Middle Office, managing all stages of the product lifecycle. Focus on End-Client and Third Party Reporting by designing, maintaining, and enhancing reporting templates, ensuring alignment with client branding, and facilitating the distribution of transaction activity data to authorized third parties. Collaborate with global teams, manage operational readiness, and drive process improvements to provide premier service to our clients.
Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate with global teams to ensure successful go-live of project phases, including operational readiness.
- Serve as a primary point of contact within the Global IMOS Operations team for clients and internal partners, supporting key implementation activities and service delivery.
- Design, build, and maintain standard and custom client reporting templates, applying client-specific branding, data attributes, classifications, and disclaimers; manage updates through the change management process.
- Oversee the template promotion process across Development, UAT, Pre-Production, and Production environments, ensuring all associated controls and governance are followed.
- Develop and maintain robust standard operating procedures (SOPs), policies, and guidelines to meet corporate risk and control standards.
- Collaborate with Product Development for business requirements and product catalogue management, and partner with Technology to enable report builds and enhancements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams (operations, client services, technology, product) and external partners (global custodians, fund accountants, and clients' third parties).
- Participate in regular client meetings and discussions related to ongoing implementation activities, managing client expectations as needed.
- Proactively seek opportunities and take ownership of initiatives to improve service levels and efficiency for J.P. Morgan and the client.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Demonstrate experience in client reporting, data management, or operations within financial services.
- Apply knowledge of client reporting and SWIFT messages/SWIFT network.
- Analyze data and resolve issues across a large global operating model.
- Execute operational process design and implementation.
- Exhibit proactive problem-solving skills and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Maintain strong attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills.
- Collaborate effectively across functions with technology, service, product, and operations teams.
- Communicate clearly and build strong relationships, influencing and partnering with key stakeholders.
- Utilize proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint) and process flow analysis/mapping.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Leverage knowledge of Alteryx.
- Utilize project management tools, such as Monday.com.
- Apply understanding of the product development lifecycle.
