As a Marketing Strategy Lead within Home Lending, you will harness the power of social media and digital platforms to reach and engage the starter and next-gen audience where they live, learn, and connect. You’ll aid in the development of compelling, educational content and value propositions for social channels, as well as emerging platforms, ensuring our messaging is authentic, accessible, and actionable. You’ll identify and collaborate with influential voices—content creators, financial educators, and lifestyle influencers—who inspire trust and drive engagement for this segment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Design and execute comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to starter and next-gen customers, aligning with Chase Home Lending’s vision and brand voice.
- Harness competitive intelligence, market trends, and consumer analytics to inform and evolve your strategy.
- Create and enhance educational content that demystifies the homebuying process.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless, end-to-end customer experiences and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Set the strategic agenda for the segment, identifying key value propositions, influencers, and optimal content delivery channels.
- Translate insights into actionable plans that drive growth, engagement, and customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in marketing strategy, transformation, and leadership within dynamic environments.
- Exceptional analytical skills, with a talent for structuring complex problems and creating actionable solutions.
- Ability to rapidly understand new business models, products, and customer needs, with a keen awareness of market dynamics and competitive landscapes.
- Self-starter with a track record of setting ambitious goals, taking initiative, and delivering outstanding results.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and inspire senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
