Job Summary
As an Operations Analyst within the Custody team, you will play a critical role in supporting client documentation processes and ensuring seamless service delivery. You will collaborate with regional and cross-functional teams to resolve issues and implement assigned tasks efficiently. Your focus on quality, productivity, and stakeholder engagement will contribute to the overall success of the organization.
Job Responsibilities
- Review client documentation and input requests into JP Morgan's systems.
- Adapt quickly to flexible shift requirements.
- Identify issues and coordinate with relevant internal functions for prompt resolution within set time frames.
- Collaborate with key partners in service delivery, client service, solutions, sales, operations, and technology to ensure effective task implementation.
- Work closely with regional teams to support business and other stakeholders.
- Measure and track performance based on productivity and quality standards.
- Produce high-quality work to ensure success within the organization.
Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities
- Demonstrate a minimum of 3 years of proven experience in the Custody domain with a focus on custody, KYC, and markets space.
- Exhibit proficiency in MS Office.
- Communicate effectively with strong verbal and written skills.
- Hold a Bachelor's degree or above.
