As a Business Analysis Associate II within the Business Analysis team, you will lead and coach Business Analysts to deliver structured solutions using standard project frameworks. You will analyze business requirements, assess technical and operational impacts, and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. You will play a key role in translating business needs into actionable solutions, driving process improvements, and supporting strategic objectives. Job responsibilities:
- Manage delivery of multiple small and medium projects, driving engagement and progress with stakeholders
- Ensure firmwide controls and governance are followed throughout the delivery lifecycle
- Escalate issues and risks appropriately, collaborating for resolution and prevention
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to align efforts, share knowledge, and drive successful implementation of business strategies
- Participate in process improvement and controls initiatives aligned with firmwide policies
- Perform business analysis activities from requirements gathering through testing and deployment
- Analyze data to identify problems, develop solutions, and generate insightful recommendations
- Create executive-level presentations and status updates for clients and stakeholders
- Develop, document, and enhance control frameworks, policies, and procedures to support operational excellence
- Utilize strategic thinking to evaluate scenarios, assess risks, and make informed decisions impacting departmental outcomes
- Provide coaching to team members, fostering ownership, agility, and continuous learning while ensuring objectives are met efficiently
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Minimum two years of experience in a Business Analyst, Project Manager, Process Improvement, or Controls role
- Experience in Home Lending applications and business operations
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Pivot Tables), Tableau, Alteryx, UiPath, Python, Monday.com, and SQL
- Advanced strategic thinking, with a track record of evaluating scenarios, assessing risks, and making informed decisions
- Demonstrated leadership, ability to inspire and motivate, and promote collaboration, trust, and respect within the team
- Clear and effective communication skills, fostering an open and inclusive environment
- Ability to set clear expectations, hold team members accountable, and recognize achievements
- Provides constructive feedback and supports professional growth through coaching and mentoring
- Adapts to change and leads the team through transitions with confidence
- Drives results by aligning team goals with organizational objectives and empowering individuals to succeed
- Proficient in data analysis, reconciliation, and reporting tools

- Experience working in a matrix organization and independently
- Experience planning, executing, and delivering products or solutions requiring cross-team collaboration
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently, manage time and multiple activities efficiently, and execute responsibilities with limited supervision
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders at all organizational levels and partner with technical teams
- Detail-oriented, focused, and strong organizational skills
