Join our Consumer & Community Banking Business Management team, and optimize business performance by helping to promote key initiatives.
As an Associate in the Consumer & Community Banking Business Management team, you will play a key role in supporting Legal Regulatory Change Management, process mapping, project management, and data analytics initiatives. This is a dynamic, high-impact position that offers the opportunity to collaborate with stakeholders across Risk, Technology, and Controls, and to help foster business performance and compliance.
Job responsibilities
- Assist in tracking, analyzing, and implementing legal and regulatory changes impacting business processes. Ensure timely updates and compliance within the Legal Regulatory Change Management space.
- Develop, update, and maintain process maps to document business procedures and identify areas for improvement.
- Manage and deliver key work streams and tasks, ensuring projects are completed on time and meet business objectives.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data to support business decisions, process improvements, and reporting requirements.
- Communicate effectively with business partners to understand project needs, promote next steps, and support audit, regulatory, and compliance deliverables.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and dashboards using Excel and PowerPoint. Maintain internal resources and documentation on collaboration sites such as SharePoint.
- Participate in initiatives to simplify, improve, and add value to existing business processes.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in business management, project management, process mapping, or compliance/audit roles
- Advanced analytical skills and experience with data analysis
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint)
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines
- Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work
- Self-motivated, proactive, and collaborative team player
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- At least 2 years of experience in controls, risk management, process improvement, or related roles
- Experience supporting Legal Regulatory Change Management or similar compliance functions
- Familiarity with low-code automation solutions and process improvement methodologies
- Experience working in a regulated environment or with support functions such as operations, controls, or information management
