As a Quantitative Analytics Senior Associate within the Consumer Community Banking line of business , you will drive data-driven decision making by collaborating with stakeholders to set goals and develop strategies. Join our innovative Offers Data & Analytics team, where curiosity and optimism fuel our passion for uncovering actionable insights. In this role, you will help demonstrate platform value, drive business growth, and shape the future of performance marketing.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional analytics projects with external vendors or internal stakeholders, partnering with product, sales, marketing, and operations teams to deliver solutions that support key business objectives.
- Lead experimentation initiatives and incremental lift reporting to generate actionable insights, enabling data-driven strategy and enhanced business performance.
- Perform in-depth forecasting and post-campaign analytics to provide stakeholders with clear evaluations of campaign performance, identify opportunities for strategic refinement, and support ongoing business growth and improvement
- Develop and maintain dashboards and data visualizations to effectively communicate key metrics and insights, supporting informed decision making across the organization.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or related field and 3+ years of relevant experience.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and Tableau (or similar data visualization tools)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience designing, executing, and analyzing A/B tests or other experimental methodologies to measure marketing effectiveness
- Ability to communicate complex analytical findings clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Master’s degree
- Proficiency in Python
- AdTech or Performance Marketing Analytics experience
