Job Summary
As a Reference Data Analyst within the Party Reference Data Operations team, you manage and maintain client reference data in internal system applications. You will collaborate with requestors and business partners, conduct data analysis, and generate MIS reports to support compliance with firm standards and regulations. This role values strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective teamwork to ensure accurate and timely data management.
Job Responsibilities
- Create and maintain client reference data in system applications
- Validate and diligently review documentation for accuracy and completeness
- Maintain a high level of accuracy in all processed tasks
- Ensure procedural guidelines are consistently followed
- Proactively resolve open issues and escalations, keeping management informed
- Liaise and partner with requestors and business partners as required
- Conduct data analysis, research, and remediation functions as needed
- Maintain and produce MIS reports as required
Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities
- University graduate with 3+ years’ experience in financial services or related industries
- Demonstrated client service and communication skills
- Flexible to work in shifts and deliver effectively as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and reasoning ability
Preferred Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities
- Experience with MIS reporting and advanced Excel
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing business requirements
