FX Corporate Sales - Executive Director

As an Executive Director in the team, you will be responsible for driving FX sales initiatives, supporting internal stakeholders, and facilitating the delivery of FX products and solutions to corporate clients through collaboration with client coverage teams.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead FX sales initiatives and support internal teams, including relationship managers, product specialists, and structuring teams, to deliver FX solutions to corporate clients.
  • Provide market intelligence, product expertise, and strategic advice to internal stakeholders to help them address client needs and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with trading, structuring, and research teams to develop and implement FX strategies and solutions.
  • Support the execution process for FX transactions, including trade booking, order management, and post-trade activities, ensuring adherence to compliance and quality standards.
  • Drive internal training and knowledge sharing on FX products, market developments, and regulatory changes.
  • Contribute to new business initiatives and cross-selling opportunities by working closely with internal partners.
  • Maintain high standards of process and quality control throughout the trade lifecycle.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Strong understanding of FX markets, products, and solutions, with a solid mathematical and analytical background.
  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in a Markets or FX Sales role.
  • In-depth knowledge of macroeconomics and its impact on FX markets.
  • Experience in developing and delivering FX solutions, with the ability to work closely with internal structuring and trading teams.
  • Strong team player with a detail-oriented and disciplined approach to process and quality control.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills to interact with internal partners.
  • Strong proficiency in Bloomberg, Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Bachelor’s degree is required.

  • Clear, logical thinker with strong qualitative and quantitative abilities.
