As a Solutions Analyst III at JPMorgan Chase within the Commercial & Investment Bank Team, you will aid in bridging the gap between product owners, business, operations, and software developers by leveraging your technical fluency and strong analytical reasoning skills. Your responsibilities will include eliciting and documenting business and data flow requirements, translating them into well-structured and technically feasible solutions. Your adaptability and ability to lead through change will enable you to navigate complex situations and manage dependencies effectively. With a strong foundation in data analytics and technical solutions, you will contribute to the development of innovative architecture designs and data-driven insights that guide business decisions. Your excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, will ensure clear and concise information exchange with diverse stakeholder audiences, fostering collaboration and alignment across departments.
Job responsibilities
- Elicit and document comprehensive business and data flow requirements by engaging with product owners, business stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure alignment and feasibility
- Translate complex business requirements into well-structured technical solutions, leveraging data analytics and technical knowledge to optimize system performance and scalability
- Conduct in-depth data analysis and interpretation to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities, providing actionable insights that support decision-making and key business initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain architecture designs, policies, standards, and governance processes that align technology with business strategy, Collaborate with Product Owners, Operations, and Technology partners to prioritize product backlog and define acceptance criteria and drafting the test case for the given business scenario.
- Continuously enhance technical knowledge and stay current with industry trends, ensuring the application of best practices and innovative solutions to address evolving business needs
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Wholesale Loan Technology applications. Translate business needs into clear and concise functional specifications and user stories and Support the development team by clarifying requirements, answering questions, and resolving issues throughout the project lifecycle
- Actively participating in sprint planning, review, and retrospective meetings, ensuring alignment between business objectives and technology deliverables.
- Conduct gap analysis, process mapping, and workflow optimization to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and reports to stakeholders, showcasing completed product backlog items and project progress.
- Proactively develop and implement best practices across the project team, fostering continuous process improvement.

Collaborate face-to-face and virtually with global teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in solutions analysis, technical program delivery, or a related field
- Demonstrated proficiency in data analytics, including experience with data extraction, modeling, and interpretation to support strategic decision-making
- Advanced data visualization capabilities, with hands-on experience in implementing and managing BI dashboards
- Strong technical writing skills, with a proven track record of translating complex information into clear and concise documentation for diverse stakeholder audiences
- Advanced knowledge of data fluency, including experience in handling large, diverse data sets and generating insights to drive business objectives
- Strong understanding of commercial lending products, processes, and systems.
- Experience working in Agile development environments with SCRUM methodology.
- Proven ability to gather and document business requirements, create user stories, and define acceptance criteria.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational skills, leadership skills and a willingness to drive change.

Experience with process mapping, workflow analysis, business process reengineering and Ability to collaborate effectively with global teams and drive consensus among stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Exposure to technology platforms such as Oracle, SQL, and reporting tools.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree – preferably in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or related field.
- Familiarity with cloud technologies (Kubernetes, AWS) and digital transformation initiatives.
- Experience with business intelligence tools and data analysis.
- Experience with Loan IQ Syndicate Lending Functionalities
- Exposure to – Loan IQ Batchnet, Loan IQ SDK, Loan IQ API, Loan IQ Interfaces, Loan IQ Data Model, etc.
