Deliver seamless client experiences by ensuring accurate and timely custody account management through meticulous operations and stakeholder collaboration.

As a Reference Data Specialist IV within our Client Account Service Team, you will be primarily responsible for custody account opening, maintenance, and closure of the custody accounts for our clients. You will ensure high quality and timely completion of all client requests and assist in end-to-end operations review. This role will require you to perform through checks and pay key attention to details. You will be interacting with multiple stakeholders internally and externally.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Leverage three to five years of experience in the financial services domain, with a focus on custody, KYC, and markets space.
  • Communicate effectively in both written and oral forms to engage with multiple stakeholders in day-to-day business.
  • Utilize basic Microsoft tools with hands-on usage experience.
  • Manage and safeguard confidential client information and documentation.
  • Identify and address risk factors with a demonstrated ability to comprehend them.
  • Adapt and flexibly work during North America hours.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree and/or Graduate Degree
  • Knowledge of Custody is essential with at least 3 + years’ experience in custody or KYC domain)
  • Strong research, analytical and comprehension skills, with ability to analyze large amounts of data
  • Client focused with strong customer service skills (e.g. oral and written communication skills)
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines against a high-volume work schedule.
  • Approach tasks with strong teamwork while also executing independently.
  • Work to meet deadlines consistently.
  • Organize tasks with strong organizational skills.
