The Customer First XLOB Marketing team unites business units to deliver integrated, data-driven marketing strategies that elevate our brand and maximize organizational value. We focus on driving growth, reinforcing our value proposition, and leveraging insights to shape impactful campaigns.

As a Channel Marketing Senior Associate on the Customer-First Marketing team, you will be responsible for managing and executing best-in-class marketing programs and campaigns that support cross line of business initiatives to meet team goals. In this role you will work closely with strategy leads as well as collaborating closely with execution partners to deliver marketing campaigns.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end campaign management and execution of marketing programs that elevate traditional engagement tactics to deliver measurable results. Campaign execution will include.
  • Managing campaigns to ensure initiatives are on-strategy, on time and within budget parameters
  • Optimizing marketing campaigns to improve results, create efficiencies and reduce costs
  • Collaborating with marketing leads to identify opportunities, campaign strategy and the framework for measurement and reporting
  • Managing multi-channel execution, including working across LOBs and functional teams, such as Brand marketing, audience targeting, analytics, digital asset build, Legal and Regulatory Review, and others.
  • Ensure a disciplined marketing execution process to deliver each phase of the program effectively, from creative agency kick off to launch
  • Manage campaigns using business-approved tools (such as Adtrax and Workflow) to ensure content and execution for tactics is properly documented, approved, on time, within budget and complies with all Audit and Controls requirements
  • Provide campaign improvement recommendations based on results and contribute innovative and creative ideas to improve client experience and project performance

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field
  • 5+ years of professional experience leading projects and marketing campaigns
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a focus on teamwork and attention to detail; work well under pressure and tight deadlines; and manage multiple programs, each in a different state of completion
  • Willingness to "roll up your sleeves" and manage the details of marketing project execution
  • Show creativity and innovation while working within a structured marketing process; focus on continual process improvement to deliver efficiencies
  • Strong relationship development and negotiating skills; able to earn respect and trust among internal and external business partners and team members
  • A demonstrated ability to work confidently with people in various departments and all-levels of the organization, including senior leadership
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Proficient in Adobe Acrobat, PowerPoint, Excel
