Job Summary
As a Team Manager within the Account & KYC Management team, you provide strategic direction and leadership to ensure operational excellence and regulatory compliance. You will oversee daily operations, supervise a high-performing team, and act as a subject matter expert in KYC and account management processes. Your role involves managing workflow, driving key initiatives, and representing the team in senior leadership forums.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Account & KYC Management team, setting objectives and driving performance.
- Oversee all account maintenance and KYC operations, ensuring adherence to regulatory and internal standards.
- Develop and implement strategies for process optimization, automation, and risk mitigation.
- Manage resource planning, recruitment, and team development.
- Act as the main point of contact for senior management, auditors, and regulatory bodies.
- Oversee escalations, complex cases, and high-risk client reviews.
- Monitor and report on key metrics, SLAs, and regulatory changes.
- Foster a culture of compliance, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities
- Extensive experience in KYC, AML, and account management operations with at least 10 years of experience.
- Demonstrated leadership and people management skills.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and risk management.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
