As a Consultant & Distributor Support Analyst within the Asset Management team, you manage and update consultant databases and reports. You collaborate across business, finance, operations, and technology groups to ensure data accuracy and process efficiency. You drive enhancements and support global consultants and distributors with timely, high-quality information.
Job Responsibilities
- Update consultant databases and websites with fund and strategy information
- Review and validate data for accuracy and completeness
- Respond promptly to customized consultant requests
- Liaise with product teams to gather required information
- Complete ad-hoc search requests and product additions
- Maintain standard operating procedures and workflows
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure timely preparation of reports and database updates
- Support process improvements and efficiency initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on projects
- Assess business impact and provide project management support
Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills
- Demonstrate at least 6 years of experience in asset management or financial services
- Exhibit proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Visio)
- Communicate clearly in both written and verbal formats
- Analyze and synthesize large data sets and business processes
- Organize and prioritize multiple tasks effectively
- Map and understand complex workflows and processes
- Manage multiple projects to achieve targets and deadlines
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills
- Utilize data analytics and visualization tools (Alteryx, QlikView, Tableau)
- Apply knowledge of operational functions across banking, markets, or sales
- Initiate creative solutions and demonstrate a ‘can-do’ attitude
- Maintain exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Multitask efficiently in high-pressure environments
- Adapt quickly to fast-paced, changing conditions
