As a Pension Administration Senior Associate within our team, you will be responsible for Pension Administration and oversight of 401(k) operations for three dozen qualified plans and over 300K participants. Reporting to the VP of Pension Operations & Infrastructure, you will manage our infrastructure processes including production of leadership metrics & presentations, control maintenance & certifications and contribute to various team projects. We are looking for a proactive senior associate who excels at metrics and reporting, who is highly organized with a strong focus on controls, and who effectively drives work forward with many stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities
- Working with many stakeholders, produce regular leadership presentation decks (weekly/monthly) with metrics supporting Ops Leaders and Senior Execs
- Lead and manage Records Retention & Destruction (DRD) Program, Data Steward and Business Resiliency Plan for our team including reviews, documentation updates and testing
- Serve as Business Champion of User Tools, Intelligent Solution & Models – ensure maintenance /compliance of Pension and 401k) teams
- Manage Security administration including executing requests, maintaining RBAC, Yearly end user access review, access modifications & end user support due to application and database system changes
- Oversee team’s standard operating procedures, working with respective owners to maintain and improve them
- Support execution of projects with in-house stakeholders and vendors in areas such as data integrity and movement, technology enhancements, and automation
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret data to produce multifaceted metrics and insights for leadership
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel for reviewing, cleaning and managing large data sets
- Possesses strong process, operational and financial controls mindset, and appreciates the significance of the financial transactions associated in Pension Plan administration
- Highly organized, able to coordinate work for self and others, effectively engaging stakeholders and ensuring timely, high-quality results
- Exceptional problem-solving, analytical and calculation skills with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to prepare clear, concise reports, documentation, and other materials.
- Demonstrated experience in retirement plan administration, with a strong commitment to compliance, accuracy, and confidentiality.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Experience with PeopleSoft and ServiceNow is a definite asset
- Experience with Alteryx is a plus
