Job Summary:
As a Product Manager in Corporate Technology services, you will play a pivotal role in innovating new product offerings and leading the end-to-end product life cycle. As a core leader, you will act as the voice of the customer, developing profitable products that provide real value. You will guide successful launches, gather and analyze feedback, and ensure top-tier client experiences. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, resilient, and stable products that exceed customer expectations. Your focus on continuous improvement and strategic thinking will help drive the success of our technology solutions.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and communicate a clear product strategy and vision that delivers value to customers and aligns with business goals.
  • Manage discovery efforts and conduct market research to uncover customer needs and integrate insights into the product roadmap.
  • Own, maintain, and develop a product backlog that enables development teams to deliver on the strategic roadmap and value proposition.
  • Build frameworks to track and report on key product success metrics, including cost, features and functionality, risk posture, and reliability.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and business teams to define requirements, prioritize features, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
  • Lead product life cycle activities, including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management.
  • Gather and analyze customer and stakeholder feedback to drive continuous improvement and inform future product enhancements.
  • Champion a customer-centric mindset and advocate for solutions that enhance the client experience.
  • Ensure products meet compliance, security, and regulatory standards.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability within the product team.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Experience in product management or a relevant domain area.
  • Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, product design, and data analytics.
  • Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities, including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and product management tools.
