As a PMO (Program Management Office) Analyst/Manager, you will support the delivery of projects and programs by providing governance, reporting, resource management, and process improvement across the organization. This role is responsible for ensuring best practices in project management are followed, supporting project teams, and enabling successful delivery of strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor project and program performance, providing regular reporting and analysis to stakeholders.
- Maintain and update project documentation, dashboards, and status reports.
- Facilitate resource planning, allocation, and tracking across projects.
- Coordinate project governance activities, including risk and issue management, change control, and quality assurance.
- Organize and support project meetings, steering committees, and workshops.
- Assist with budget tracking, financial reporting, and benefits realisation.
- Provide guidance and support to project managers and teams on PMO processes and tools.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to PMO initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
- Support the implementation and continuous improvement of project management frameworks, standards, and methodologies.
Key Skills & Experience
- Experience in a PMO, project management, or program support role.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP, Agile).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and experience with project management tools (e.g., Confluence, JIRA, Monday.com).
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Desirable Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, CAPM).
- Experience in financial services.
- Experience with portfolio management and reporting tools.
