International Consumer Banking - Strategy Associate

As an Associate in the International Consumer Banking (ICB) Strategy Group, you will play an important role in our internal consulting team, working closely with senior business stakeholders in the International Consumer line of business. You will drive projects focused on developing growth strategies, planning new product and market entries, and assessing strategic investments.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead efforts to understand and identify issues, defining clear problem statements.
- Develop hypotheses and oversee the gathering of relevant data for comprehensive analysis.
- Support the team in identifying and implementing potential solutions using advanced frameworks.
- Craft compelling and effective storylines for presenting analyses and strategic recommendations.
- Drive the structuring and creation of presentations to deliver key arguments and insights.
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders through both verbal and written channels.
- Proactively collaborate with global stakeholders, including business partners and senior leaders.
- Lead interviews, workshops, and focus group discussions to achieve desired project outcomes.
- Monitor and analyze industry trends, sharing insightful reports with the team and senior executives.
- Evaluate global and local competitor and Fintech landscapes to inform strategic decisions and potential partnerships/M&A opportunities.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with global stakeholders.
- Experience in monitoring and analyzing industry trends and competitor landscapes.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Prior experience in the digital retail banking industry.
- Experience in global market entry strategies.
- Proven ability to lead workshops and focus group discussions.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Fintech trends and M&A opportunities.
